The MiroPets Discord

MiroPets has an official Discord server where players hang out between play sessions — and a helper bot, the MiroPets Companion, that can answer Wiki questions, post the news, and (if you connect your account) privately show your daily checklist, your active pet, and send opt-in reminders. The Companion is read-only: it never touches your pets, coins, or items.

Where to find it

• Join the server: miropets.com/discord — this short link always points at the current invite.
• In Global Chat, typing miropets.com/discord turns into a clickable Discord button automatically.
• Manage your connection: Account Settings — Discord Connection.

Around the server

• #news — the Companion automatically posts every new Newspaper article and every new Story chapter as it goes live.
• #bot-commands — the only channel where Companion commands work. Type a command anywhere else and the bot will politely redirect you.

Our invite is the only Discord invite MiroPets will ever turn into a clickable link in chat, mail, or the boards. If someone posts a different invite, it is not us — leave it alone and report it.

Commands everyone can use

Type these in #bot-commands — no account connection needed:

• /help — the full command list and privacy details.
• /park — live Pet Park funding, how many pets are visiting, and the current community project.
• /wiki — search this Wiki from Discord. Ask for a feature, item, or game by name and the Companion answers with the matching article.
• /news — the latest Newspaper headlines.
• /story — the newest live Story chapter.

Connecting your MiroPets account

Connecting lets the Companion recognise you, which unlocks the private commands and optional reminders. It works like this:

1. Run /link in #bot-commands. The Companion privately gives you a button — the link works once and expires after 10 minutes.
2. The button opens miropets.com, where you sign in as normal (if you are not already) and confirm the connection.
3. That is it. Your password is never typed in Discord, and Discord never sees your email, coins, or account details.

Disconnect any time with /unlink or from Account Settings — Discord Connection. Disconnecting immediately stops all private commands and messages.

Private commands (connected accounts)

Replies to these are ephemeral — only you can see them, and they disappear when you dismiss them:

• /today — your private daily checklist: which daily activities are still open, Daily Hub rewards ready to claim, your active pet's care meters, return timers for the Hotel, Expeditions, and Pet Park, and where you are in the Story.
• /pet — your active pet's card: level and XP progress, health, happiness, hunger, and where they currently are.
• /reminders and /alerts — see your current notification settings, with a button to change them.

Reminders and alerts (optional)

The Companion can send you private messages — but everything starts switched off, and each type has its own toggle at Account Settings — Discord Notifications:

• Pet care — a nudge when your active pet needs attention (health under 50%, or happiness or hunger under 30%).
• Returns and pickups — when a pet is ready to collect from the Hotel, an Expedition, or the Pet Park.
• Daily activities — one evening reminder (after 7:00 PM in your chosen timezone) if your daily checklist is unfinished.
• Auctions — when you are outbid, or your auction is won, sold, or ends.
• Watched marketplace items — when Findley spots an item on your watchlist.

You can also set quiet hours in your own timezone — overnight ranges like 22:00 to 08:00 work fine, and any message that would land during quiet hours simply waits until they end. Blocking the bot's DMs in Discord stops all deliveries too.

Discord messages are their own channel: these switches do not change your email, browser push, or in-game notification settings.

Staying safe

1. The Companion will never ask for your password. Signing in only ever happens on miropets.com.
2. No gameplay happens through Discord. Buying, trading, bidding, and pet actions all stay on the website — any bot or person claiming otherwise is a scam.
3. Only use connection links you requested yourself with /link, and only trust the invite from miropets.com/discord.

Good habits

1. Turn on only the reminders you will act on — returns and outbid alerts are the time-sensitive ones.
2. Set quiet hours before enabling anything. Future you, asleep, says thanks.
3. Use /wiki before asking in chat — the Companion sources answers straight from this Wiki.
4. If a "MiroPets" message ever feels off, check it came from the official Companion in our server, and report anything suspicious.
