Age Requirements

MiroPets requires all users to provide their birthdate. Users under 13 have restricted access to certain features for safety.

Features NOT available for users under 13:

  • Sending or replying to Mail messages
  • Global Chat
  • Den Chat
  • Posting or replying on the Message Board

Features still available for users under 13:

  • Playing all games and earning MPC
  • Adopting and caring for pets
  • Trading items and using shops
  • Receiving system notifications
  • All other game features

Important: You must provide your real birthdate. Providing a false birthdate violates our Terms of Service and may result in account termination.

Trading Requirements

To prevent abuse and protect all players, certain features require you to meet these requirements:

Requirements:

  • 1 Verified email address — confirm your email to prove you're a real person
  • 2 Level 3 or higher — play games and care for pets to level up

These requirements apply to:

  • Creating, sending, and accepting trades in the Haggle Hut
  • Making counter-offers on trades
  • Creating and listing items in your shop
  • Creating auctions
  • Listing pets for adoption/rehoming
  • Donating items to den pools

Note: You can still BUY from shops, BID on auctions, and adopt pets from the adoption center without meeting these requirements.

Multi-Accounting Policy

One account per person.

Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages (extra daily rewards, self-trading, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Players caught multi-accounting may have all their accounts permanently banned and items confiscated.

We use various methods to detect multi-accounting, including:

  • IP address and device fingerprinting
  • Trade pattern analysis
  • Login behavior tracking
  • Email verification requirements

Code of Conduct

MiroPets is a community for players of all ages. Please follow these guidelines:

Be Respectful

  • Treat other players with kindness and respect
  • No harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind
  • No hate speech, slurs, or offensive language
  • Respect others' boundaries and privacy

Play Fair

  • No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
  • Report bugs instead of exploiting them for unfair advantage
  • No using bots or automated scripts
  • No real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or accounts

Keep It Safe

  • Never share personal information (real name, address, phone number, etc.)
  • Don't ask others for their personal information
  • Keep your password secret - never share it with anyone
  • Report suspicious activity to the moderators

Trading Etiquette

  • Be honest about the items you're trading
  • Don't pressure others into trades
  • Don't scam or deceive other players
  • Accept that others may decline your trade offers

Consequences

Violations of these rules may result in:

  • Warning: A formal notice for minor first-time offenses
  • Temporary Mute: Restricted communication abilities
  • Temporary Ban: Account suspension for a set period
  • Permanent Ban: Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations
  • Item Confiscation: Removal of illegitimately obtained items or currency
