Tag
Real-time multiplayer tag in the park: unlimited play, coins for staying untagged, prize item drops, and a nightly 8pm tournament.
Tag is a real-time multiplayer chase game in the park. One player is "it" and everyone else runs. Touch someone while you are it and the role passes to them. There is no play limit and no match to wait for - you drop straight into a park that is already running.
Where to find it

- Menu path: Play - Games - Tag
How a round works
- Up to 10 players share a park, and empty spots are filled with bots so there is always someone to chase. Bots use real pet names and artwork, so you cannot always tell at a glance.
- Whoever is it moves about 9% faster than everyone else - being it is meant to be winnable.
- A freshly tagged player is frozen for 3 seconds while everyone scatters, and the player who just escaped is immune for 3 seconds so you cannot instantly tag them back.
- Both baby and adult pets can play. Eggs cannot.
- Controls match Snake Royale: arrow keys or WASD on desktop, touch-steering on mobile with an optional fixed joystick in the settings.
Earning MPC
- 1 MPC for every 10 seconds you go untagged.
- 8 MPC every time you tag someone.
- 1 MPC per coin dot you collect. Whoever is it cannot pick up dots.
- Caps: 200 MPC per session and 500 MPC per rolling 24 hours. When you are capped the HUD shows an amber "Capped" badge instead of counting up.
Your pet also earns XP while playing: 1 per dot, 2 per power-up, 5 per tag, and 10 for a prize drop, capped at 100 XP per session and 250 per rolling 24 hours.
Power-ups and the safe base
Power-ups spawn around the park. Most only work for runners - if the player who is it grabs one, it converts into a 4-second speed boost instead.
- Speed Boost - 6 seconds of extra speed (works for anyone).
- Magnet - pulls nearby coin dots toward you for 8 seconds.
- Disappear - 6 seconds invisible. Bots lose track of you completely, but a human can still blind-tag you.
- Shield - 30 seconds of protection from being tagged.
- Freeze Snare - drops a trap that freezes whoever runs into it.
The safe base is a circle that appears for 30 seconds at a time, then closes for 20-40 seconds. Standing in it physically pushes the player who is it away from you - but your survival coins pause while you are inside, so it is a breather, not a hiding spot.
If you are it and stop moving entirely, you get a warning at 6 seconds and are removed from the park at 10. Your coins are banked when that happens.
Prize item drops
Every minute there is a 25% chance a prize item spawns in the park. One is up at a time and anyone can grab it, including the player who is it. Rarity rolls 80% common, 15% rare, 5% epic, and the item goes straight into your Backpack and counts toward item-winning quests.
The nightly tournament
Every evening from 8:00 to 8:59 PM MPT, everything you do in Tag also scores tournament points: 1 point per second untagged and 30 points per tag.
- Prizes are paid at 9 PM MPT: 5,000 / 2,500 / 1,500 / 1,000 MPC for the top four.
- Everyone who scores 100+ points also receives an item prize.
- Coins earned during the tournament hour ignore both the session and daily caps, so this is by far the best hour of the day to play. Those coins still count toward the next day's rolling total.
- Standings appear on the Tag page from 8 PM onward.
Today's Escape Artists
The leaderboard on the Tag page ranks the players who spent the least time being it, with a 3-minute minimum played so a quick lucky visit cannot top it. It rewards evasion, not just play time.
Good habits
- Play during the 8 PM tournament hour - the caps are lifted and the prize pool is the biggest of any game outside Snake Royale.
- Collect dots while nobody is chasing you; you cannot bank dot coins while you are it.
- Save Disappear for when you are being chased by a human, and use Shield to farm dots in the open.
- Tag someone early - 8 MPC per tag adds up much faster than survival ticks.
