Solitaire is classic Klondike: build the four foundations up from Ace to King, using the seven tableau columns and the deck to get there. Pick Draw 1 for the traditional game or Draw 3 for a tougher deal that pays more.

Where to find it

How to play

  • Foundations build up by suit from Ace to King. Any Ace can start any of the four foundation piles.
  • Tableau columns build down in alternating colours (red on black, black on red). Only a King can move into an empty column.
  • Turn the deck one card at a time (Draw 1) or three at a time (Draw 3). You can go through the deck as often as you like.
  • Tap a card to send it to the best spot, or drag it where you want it. Runs of face-up cards move together.
  • Undo is free and unlimited. When every card is face-up and the deck is empty, an Auto-finish button plays the rest for you.
  • Jacks, Queens and Kings wear MiroPets faces: Purrpink is the Jack, Barkwood the Queen and Frostyserpent the King.

What you earn

ModeWinSpeed bonusPet XP
Draw 1250 MPCup to 50 MPC, fading to nothing at 6 minutes25
Draw 3350 MPCup to 75 MPC, fading to nothing at 8 minutes35
  • A game you forfeit still pays 10 MPC and 10 pet XP.
  • Coin boosts and your active pet's happiness are applied on top, and the Featured Game doubling applies when Solitaire is featured.
  • A win gives your active pet +10 happiness; a forfeit gives +5.
  • Every game is replayed move-for-move on the server, so times and wins on the boards are genuine.

Plays and resuming

  • You get 5 games a day, reset at midnight MPT. VIP members get 2 extra.
  • A game counts the moment you deal. If you leave partway through, the same game is waiting for you next time you open Solitaire — on any device — and the clock keeps running while you are away.

Trophy

Solitaire's all-time record in The Trophy Case is the fastest Draw 1 win; a lower time takes the Golden Ace. Draw 3 wins are recorded on your own page but do not compete for the trophy.

Pet Intelligence

Finishing a game earns your active pet +1 Intelligence — or +2 for a win. A quick forfeit does not count; play at least a couple of minutes and twenty moves. See Pet Intelligence.

Good habits

  1. Win first, hurry second. The win is worth far more than the speed bonus — do not lose a winnable game rushing it.
  2. Empty a column early. A free column is the most useful thing on the board, and Kings are the only card that can fill it.
  3. Turn the deck before you commit. In Draw 3 especially, knowing what is coming is worth more than a quick move.
  4. Draw 3 is for when Draw 1 feels easy. It pays 350 MPC, but expect to win far fewer deals.
