Willowmere Auctions Close, and Custom Homes Open

Oct 10, 2026 227 views 2 comments

The gavel has come down on Willowmere. The launch auctions closed on Saturday night, and most of the street now has owners. Rosco also has something new for everyone who owns a plot: you can now design your own house.

The auctions are over

28 players placed 91 bids, and the last auctions ran almost half an hour past 8 PM MPT, because every late bid pushed the clock back. When the dust settled, 25 of the 32 plots had sold, for a little over 3.1 million MPC in total.

The record goes to #4 Willowmere, one of the grand Big houses at the back of the street, which sold for 1,750,000 MPC. The top Medium plot, #12, went for 250,000 MPC.

Houses still for sale

Seven plots got no bids, so Rosco is selling them at the Realty at their starting price. There is no auction and no waiting: it's first come, first served.

  • Medium, 50,000 MPC: #7 and #13
  • Small, 15,000 MPC: #16, #18, #23, #28 and #33

Open the Listings tab at MiroTown Realty and press Buy. You need an account that is at least 30 days old and level 10 or higher, and each account can own one plot. Every card has a See it in MiroTown button, so you can walk your pet down to the front door before you buy.

Design your own house

Every plot comes with 10 free house designs for its size. If none of them feels like home, you can now have Rosco paint a house just for you.

Get a Custom Home Voucher from Captain Cove in the Treasure Trove, then open the Custom Home tab at the Realty and redeem it. One voucher gives you 3 design attempts for your plot.

  • Describe it. Write up to 300 characters about the house you want: the colors, the materials, the roof, the windows, the door. Rosco has it painted in the same style as the rest of the street, and he mails you when it's ready, usually in a minute or two.
  • Pick the one that goes up. Every house that turns out well is saved to your plot. Choose which one stands on the street, and switch between them, or back to a standard design, whenever you like.
  • Nothing is wasted. If a painting doesn't come out right, the attempt is given back so you can try again.
  • It's part of the plot. Your custom houses stay with the plot, and your MiroHome inside doesn't change.

A house has to be one house, with no words, numbers, animals or faces on it, and something everyone in MiroTown is happy to walk past. The full rules are in the MiroTown Realty wiki article.

See you on the street, neighbor.
