Now Open on the Boardwalk: Bitey's Knows Your Pet's Order Better Than You Do

Something smells good on the Games Boardwalk. Squeezed in between the Best Dressed Stage and the GOAT Trophy Case, right where the beach meets the Park exit, a red storefront with a giant paper bag on the roof opened its doors this afternoon. It's called Bitey's, it serves pets, and the frog running the counter would like you to know that there is a toy in every bag. Every. Single. Bag.

Table for four

Bitey's works like the burger joints you already know, with one twist: you don't eat, your pets do. Walk your active pet up to the door in MiroTown, grab a table, and bring up to three more pets from home. Then order each of them a Wag Bag: nuggets or a burger, with fries and a drink.

You don't pick the size. The pet does. Babies get a Small, adults get a Medium, and adults who've been on MiroPets for ninety days or more get a Large. Every bag restores hunger, happiness and health in one go, and the pet who eats it picks up a little XP.

Nuggets or burger?

Here's the bit Flip is proudest of. Every pet on MiroPets secretly prefers nuggets or a burger. Nobody knows which, not even you, until you order. Guess right and your pet digs in. Guess wrong and the tray gets pushed away with a look, and Bitey's tells you what they actually wanted.

A pushed-away tray isn't wasted, though. Pass it down the table to a pet who hasn't eaten yet. If they like it, they eat it, and now you know their order too. Leave it sitting there when you go and it ends up in the bin, coins and all. "Wrong order? Someone at your table will want it," Flip told us, adjusting his headset. "Don't overthink it."

Once a pet's order is known, it shows on their pet page next to their favorite food, so you only ever guess once per pet.

The toys

Every Wag Bag has a mystery toy inside, from a set of five that exist nowhere else on MiroPets: not in any shop, not at the Swap Swamp, only in a bag from Bitey's. The first set is called Snack Squad, and it runs for six weeks before the next one rolls in.

Wind-Up Nugget Buddy

The Toy Box at the bottom of the restaurant page counts what you've collected. Get all five and Flip sends you 500 MPC on the house. Spares are tradeable, so keep your duplicates for the other collectors.

The Playpen

Babies who finish their meal can tumble into Bitey's Playpen for free. They come out at 100 happiness with their stats dropping half as fast for the next hour. Adults wait at the table. House rule.

The fine print

A pet eats at Bitey's once every 20 hours, and can only be ordered for twice in that window, so nobody's farming toys off a full pet. A Small is 250 MPC, a Medium 400 and a Large 600, which works out a little cheaper per point than the shops, in exchange for the walk and the guessing.

And one more thing: there is no menu link. No button in the Activities menu, no card on your Dashboard. Bitey's is a place you go. Open MiroTown, head to the Games Boardwalk, and follow your nose. The full rundown is on the Wiki.
