Glow-Up: 31 Neon Pets Light Up the Adoption Center

Something is glowing on the Adoption Center shelves tonight. Thirty-one brand-new Neon pets have arrived — one for every species in MiroPets — painted in deep midnight indigo with blacklight markings of cyan, magenta and lime that look like they wandered out of a night festival.

Neon Is a Rare Theme

Neon joins the Rare tier alongside Fire, Ice, Storm and the rest, which means it comes to you the ordinary way: every egg slot on the Adoption Center shelves has a 15% chance of rolling a Rare, and Neon is now in that draw. Kara refreshes the shelves at the top of every hour, so keep an eye out for an indigo shell ringed with glowing bands.

Already Have a Favorite? Bottle the Blacklight

If the pet you would rather see glowing is already in your family, the Neon Vial is on the shelves at the Potion Parlor and RARE Finds for 10,000 MPC. Use it from your Backpack on any pet and they take their Neon form for good — the backpack shows you exactly what they will become before you spend it, and the change cannot be undone.

A Place to Show It Off

The Backgrounds shop has a matching scene: Neon Night Market, an epic background for 2,000 MPC, with lantern strings and painted stalls glowing in the same three colours. A Neon pet on it disappears into the party in the best possible way.

Three Days of Guaranteed Glow

For the next three days Kara is holding a spot on the shelves: one Neon egg every hour, on the hour, on top of the usual draw. Look for the glowing strip at the top of the Adoption Center with the countdown. After that, Neon pets stay in the regular Rare draw for good — go find one, or make one.
