Story Book IV Begins: What the Pets Were Saying

At the end of Book III, Blink's light turned toward The Wilds one last time, and something far past the spring blinked back. Not one light. Two.

Story Book IV, What the Pets Were Saying, opens today with Chapter 1, Something Blinks Back. Blink will not settle at the Town Square fountain. Professor Pawspell, Mira Mooncap, Nib and Bramblebeard follow its gaze south to the dark line of trees, where two small green lights are looking back. Then three soft sounds drift out of the dark. Bramblebeard says it is frogs. Your pet does not think it is frogs.

How Book IV works

• Eight chapters, releasing every Monday and Thursday at 10:00 AM MPT, with the finale on Monday, November 30.
• One task per chapter, and every one of them is free: no coins to spend, no items to give up, nothing to buy. Chapter 1 asks only that you visit MiroTown once.
• A story-exclusive collectible in every chapter, plus 300 to 600 MPC. The finale pays 1,000 MPC, a legendary collectible, an exclusive pet card background and a new Story Charm. Story collectibles are never sold anywhere else.
• You do not need to have finished the earlier Books. All three stay readable and claimable in the Story Library.
