score or rewards not getting granted

it happens to me again plz look in road map and find this title and plz vote for it or help me I'm my mpc is being "eaten" by the games like I'm being scammed I was supposed to get my 5,000 mpc for winning the snake royale tournament but it never gave me it😮‍💨
