Why can I suddenly not see pet permits at the epic store?

The shops restock every hour at the top of the hour so they may not be available (the restock completely refreshes randomly what it in the store).

Should I just make it so you can pay to get an extra pet too? 😄

That would be nice just because the pet permits and taking care of many pets can be pretty rare. It should be maybe like 10,000+ mpc tho. It's a good idea.
