Mail Reply UX

The UX for private messaging is a little inconvenient especially when the responses get to be a lot. I feel like only the latest 3 messages should show instead of the whole chain and then have a "View More History" link that toggles it. I also feel like the reply box should be at the top instead of the bottom too.
