Word worm bonus problem

Today I used the word “problem” which I think uses all letters on the board but though I did get credit for the word after the AI verified it l, I didn’t get the bonus for a word using all letters

I tested this for Skygirl after she said she had the problem and I did receive the bonus

Okay. I‘ll update the AI to give the bonus 👍

It happened again today, I got Tingles which used all letters but didn’t get the pangram
