User Generated Content Ideas

Hey everyone! Would love to hear you all's ideas on any user generated content that can be added to the game. We have ideas for homes and customization that will tie into any user generated content ideas. Example I've been thinking of is user generated art that can be displayed in homes or art galleries. They can be purchased by other players. So maybe you pay for like an art permit (however many coins) then youre able to produce art work that you can then sell to others on the game. Not sure the mechanics of it but think that would be cool.
